A comprehensive review of the Islamic Republic’s legal and penal framework, using a three-stage classification: abolish, suspend, reform. Designing the foundations of a modern, secular, and forward-looking legal order based on freedom, equality, justice, and democracy.
The Court of History
A docufiction film set in a future transitional-justice period in post-Islamic Republic Iran where crimes and gross human rights violations are examined in public hearings, aligned with international standards of justice.
BaHaM
A participatory platform for collective future-building in a free Iran; a civic and intellectual “cloud” connecting Iranians worldwide through step-by-step policy-making and structured public engagement.
